Negroamaro Primitivo
The meeting of the two grape varieties that symbolise Puglia: a blend made for everyday dining, round and immediate, without giving up character.
Characteristics
Description
Negroamaro and Primitivo meet in a blend fermented in steel at 24–26 °C for eight to ten days, followed by three months of ageing in steel, with no wood, to preserve its fruity freshness.
The colour is an intense ruby red with violet hues. The nose reveals ripe red fruit — cherry and plum — together with sweet spices, tobacco and liquorice.
"A simple, honest red from Puglia, for everyday dining."
The palate is soft, with balanced tannins and a long, still-fruity finish.
